Does your work come with a warranty?

If course! You are provided with a manufacturer warranty for the materials we use along with a workmanship warranty provided by our company. Workmanship warranties vary depending on the nature and scope of work, but will be outlined in the contract provided to the customer.

Is Niagara Designs fully insured?

Yes we are. Niagara Designs carries all the necessary Liability and Workers Comp insurance. Our goal is to make sure your property is protected and you maintain peace of mind while we are completing your project. In order to make this possible our insurance meets or exceeds all all requirements set forth by the State of Pennsylvania.

Can you assist us with our insurance claim?

Filing an insurance claim can be difficult and confusing. We are here to help guide you through this process. Some of the steps need to be initiated by the property owner. However, we will work to make things as simple as possible for you, providing support and advice along the way.

What is the process for Niagara Designs to buy my house?

The first step is for you to contact us via email or by phone. From there we will set up a time to meet you and assess your property. After the property assessment we may provide a free cash offer. If you accept our offer we can close in as little as 14 days.

What fees or costs do you charge?

Niagara Designs does not charge any fees throughout the entire process. We will assess your property and may provide a cash offer free of charge with no real estate agent fees or commissions.

After you assess my property, how long will it take to get an offer?

While every purchase is different, we strive to provide offers within 48 hours.

Will I need to make repairs to my property prior to your purchase?

No, all of our purchases are as-is. So no costly repairs are needed.

Can you purchase my house if there are renters living there?

Yes, the occupancy status of the property does not matter. We purchase vacant, owner occupied, and tenant occupied properties.

My property is currently listed for sale with a real estate agent. Can you still buy it?

Yes, we can still purchase your property. However, you will likely still need to pay the agent's commission.

I owe more than my property is currently worth. What can I do?

While unfortunate, this is not uncommon. If you still want to sell your property, we can work with you and your bank to process a "short sale" for your house.
